1. Key Terms for GETS Services Terms and Conditions

"GETS" means https://gets.nvoid.tech, and its sub-domains which is the educational platform provide by GETS.

2. Service Terms for User

2.1 Deletion of User’s account

You may request to delete your Account at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.

In case GETS shall suspend or terminate your Account because of breach of any of our policies, you understand and agree that you shall receive no content or data associated with your account.

3. Other Prohibitions and Responsibility of Users

In addition to complying with the GETS Services Terms and Conditions and other GETS Policies, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, rules and regulations that may apply to you. In addition, you may not and you agree that you will not:

4. Advocate, encourage, or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing.

GETS has the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, and as set in this GETS Services Terms and Conditions, GETS may take a range of actions against you, including but not limited to limiting access to your GETS, for a violation of this GETS Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Rights and Responsibility of GETS

GETS maintains this Website as a service to the users who visit this Website subject to these Terms. We may change, suspend, or discontinue this Website or the Services in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice. The Services may also periodically become unavailable due to maintenance installation, modification, public order and safety, system overload, or system malfunction, or for other reasons.
