Thank you so much for joining GETS. We would like to write down this Privacy Policy in the clearest language possible. Likewise, we would like to provide you with our privacy commitments in a transparent and easily accessible way.
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit or use the GETS websites, mobile applications, APIs or related services, your access to and use of our services that link to or reference our GETS Terms of Services. The Site, Application and other GETS services together are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "GETS Platform".
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please check this page to ensure that you are happy with any changes. We will post those changes on this page and update the Privacy Policy modification date at the top of this page.

1. What Data We Get
We gather certain data from you directly, like information you enter yourself, data about your consumption of content, and data from third-party platforms you connect with GETS. We also collect some data automatically, like information about your device and what parts of our Services you interact with or spend time using.
We gather information that you choose to provide to us, for example, when you create an account, manage your user profile, participate in any interactive features of the GETS Platform, request our e-newsletter or other marketing communications, participate in a promotion or survey, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The type of information we may gather includes your name, user name, country, telephone number, email address, postal address, photograph, avatar, password, security questions and answers, details about our products you use, details you provide in respond to surveys about our products, information you provide when seeking help from us, billing information, and account details, forum posts and comments and other contact or identifying information you choose to provide directly.
Account Data | In order to use certain features (such as accessing content), you need to create a user account. When you create or update your account, we collect and store the data you provide, such as your email address, password, phone number, occupation, skill interests, gender, race, ethnicity, government ID information, Tax ID information, verification photo, age, date of birth, Internet Protocol address, account name, or other similar identifier, bank account information (For teachers and business partners) and account settings and assign you a unique identifying number (“Account Data”). |
Payment Data | We use third-party payment providers to bill you through an online account payment in lieu of directly processing your credit/debit card information. Your paid balance for one or more lessons is safe in your account as we use API integration or an integrated iframe for checkouts from our partners payment providers and teachers get payment for each finished lesson securely through third-party payment. You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our payment service providers, including your name, credit card information, billing address, and ZIP code. Correspondingly all transactions are secured as our partners payment providers use SSL encryption protection. All payment information is stored encrypted and securely by our partners payment providers. We do not store your payment information on our servers |
Shared Content Data | Parts of the Services let you interact with other users or share content publicly, including by posting reviews teachers, review content, asking or answering questions, sending messages to students or instructors, or posting photos or other work you upload. Such shared content may be publicly viewable by others depending on where it is posted. |
Communications ,Supports, and Feedbacks | GETS may also contact you via email and other ways, including through publicly available notices, for the Services-related purposes (welcoming letter, security and legal notices, announcements, GETS updates, reminders, suggestions etc.). We could also use your data to enable you to communicate with other users through GETS. GETS may contact you by email and other ways, including through publicly available notices, for service-related purposes (welcome letter, security and legal notices, announcements, GETS updates, reminders, suggestions etc.). We may also use your data to enable you to communicate with other users through GETS, including exchanging messages, conducting video calls, and/or leaving feedback about other users. Your contact data (including email, phone number, etc.) may also be used for gathering feedback. We may contact you to participate in research to improve the user experience of our product. The research will be used for internal purposes only, including: -Feature development and product updates; -Marketing activities, including publishing them on GETS or other information resources; -Customer Support updates; -Other service updates for improving your experience. Your feedback will not be video recorded, audio recorded, or webcast by the Interviewer without obtaining consent from you first. The same applies to your voice and/or image recording. Having received the communications from us, you are always able to opt-out to such communications in each message, excluding legal notices, or change of user settings on GETS. |
Marketing | GETS may invite you to complete a survey or participate in a promotion, either through Chef Thomas or a third-party platform. If you participate, we will collect and store the data you provide as part of participating, such as your name, email address, postal address, date of birth, or phone number To promote GETS through blog and influencer channels, we allow individuals to participate in the affiliate program on our website. When we receive the information to participate in the affiliate program, we process this information to register you as an affiliate and further track the progress of the promotion of our platform. |
Data About Your Accounts on Other Services or provided to us by third party | In addition to the information that we collect directly from you, we also collect certain of your information from following third party sources. If you login to GETS via Facebook, Google or another thirdparty platform or service, we ask for your permission to access certain information about that other account. We have identified the provider names of some of the third-party analytics and advertising services we use. We take no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any third-party services. If you access or use our Services through a third-party platform or service, or click on any third-party links, the collection, use, and sharing of your data will also be subject to the privacy policies and other agreements of that third party. |
Data Analytic | We monitor and analyze web traffic and keep track of your behavior within our Services. This enables us to provide services that are relevant to you and boost the quality of our Services. The data concerned within this activity are Cookies and Usage data, such as the parts of our Services you visit, the date and duration of your visit, and type of the device you used during your visit. All your data stated in this paragraph is collected and further processed in a manner that does not allow your identification. |
2. How We Get Data About You

2.1 Cookies and Data Collection Tools
We use cookies, which are small text files stored by your browser, to collect, store, and share data about your activities across websites, including on GETS. They allow us to remember things about your visits to GETS, like your preferred language, and to make the site easier to use.
GETS and service providers acting on our behalf (like Google Analytics and third-party advertisers) use server log files and automated data collection tools like cookies, tags, scripts, customized links, device or browser fingerprints, and web beacons (together, “Data Collection Tools“) when you access and use the Services. These Data Collection Tools automatically track and collect certain System Data and Usage Data (as detailed in Section 1) when you use the Services. In some cases, we tie data gathered through those Data Collection Tools to other data that we collect as described in this Privacy Policy.
2.2 Why We Use Data Collection Tools
GETS uses the following types of Data Collection Tools for the purposes described:
Strictly Necessary: These Data Collection Tools enable you to access the site, provide basic functionality (like logging in or accessing content), secure the site, protect against fraudulent logins, and detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized use of your account. These are required for the Services to work properly, so if you disable them, parts of the site will break or be unavailable.
Functional: These Data Collection Tools remember data about your browser and your preferences, provide additional site functionality, customize content to be more relevant to you, and remember settings affecting the appearance and behavior of the Services (such as your preferred language).
Performance: These Data Collection Tools help measure and improve the Services by providing usage and performance data, visit counts, traffic sources, or where an application was downloaded from. These tools can help us test different versions of GETS to see which features or content users prefer and determine which email messages are opened.
Advertising: These Data Collection Tools are used to deliver relevant ads (on the site and/or other sites) based on things we know about you like your Usage and System Data, and things that the ad service providers know about you based on their tracking data. The ads can be based on your recent activity or activity over time and across other sites and services. To help deliver tailored advertising, we may provide these service providers with a hashed, anonymized version of your email address (in a non-human-readable form) and content that you share publicly on the Services.
Social Media: These Data Collection Tools enable social media functionality, like sharing content with friends and networks. These cookies may track a user or device across other sites and build a profile of user interests for targeted advertising purposes.
You can set your web browser to alert you about attempts to place cookies on your computer, limit the types of cookies you allow, or refuse cookies altogether. If you do, you may not be able to use some or all features of the Services, and your experience may be different or less functional.

We use the data we collect through your use of the Services for various purposes, including but not limit to:
Provide, maintain and improve the GETS Platform.
Manage your account and account preferences.
Process payments to teachers and other third parties
Process your requests and orders for teachers, content, products, specific services, information, or features.
Provide and deliver the products and/or services you order and send you related information, including confirmations and invoices.
Send you communications about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards or events offered by us and other companies and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you.
Enhance our Services and develop new products, services, and features
Analyze trends and traffic, track purchases, and track usage data.
Provide and administer the Services, including to facilitate participation in educational content, issue completion certificates, display customized content, and facilitate communication with other users.
Communicate with you about your account by:
Responding to your questions and concerns.
Sending you administrative messages and information, including messages from teachers and students, notifications about changes to our Service, and updates to our agreements.
Sending you information, such as by email or text messages, about your progress in courses and related content, rewards programs, new services, new features, promotions, newsletters, and other available teacher-created content (which you can opt out of at any time).
Sending push notifications to your wireless device to provide updates and other relevant messages.
Facilitate the Services’ technical functioning, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, securing the Services, and preventing fraud and abuse.
Gather and manage feedback from users.
Market products, services, surveys, and promotions. Market Subscription Plans to prospective customers.
Learn more about you by linking your data with additional data through third-party data providers and/or analyzing the data with the help of analytics service providers;
Manage advertisements across devices.
Advertise the Services on third-party websites and applications.
As required or permitted by law; or As we, in our sole discretion, otherwise determine to be necessary to ensure the safety or integrity of our users, employees, third parties, the public, or our Services.
Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages.
Respond to your comments, questions, requests and provide customer service.
Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with the GETS Platform.
Personalize and improve the GETS Platform and provide advertisements, content, suggested connections and features that match user profiles or activities;
Process and deliver contest entries and rewards; and Link or combine with information we receive from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service.
4. What Information We Share
We will share personal information outside of the company when we have your consent. We will ask for your explicit consent to share any sensitive personal information.
We share certain data about you with teachers, other students, companies performing services for us, Health Me Classroom affiliates, our business partners, analytics and data enrichment providers, your social media providers, companies helping us run promotions and surveys, and advertising companies who help us promote our Services. We may also share your data as needed for security, legal compliance, or as part of a corporate restructuring.
We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of the Company except the following cases:
With the Teacher of GETS Platform in connection with providing Teaching Services to the Students;
With Service Providers, Contractors, and Agents who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Including but not limit to payment processing, fraud and abuse prevention, data analysis, marketing and advertising services (including retargeted advertising), social media, analytic tools and platforms, digital marketing, email and hosting services, and customer services and support
For Security and Legal Compliance: In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is required by or otherwise in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or legal process;
With GETS business partners and affiliates who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, based on our teachers and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures
With Your Permission: With your consent, we may share data to third parties outside the scope of this Privacy Policy
For Right Protection: To protect the rights, property and safety of the Company or others;
For Marketing, Promotions and Surveys: We may share your data as necessary to administer, market, or sponsor promotions and surveys you choose to participate in, as required by applicable law (like to provide a winners list or make required filings), or in accordance with the rules of the promotion or survey.
5. How We Keep Your Information Safe
We use appropriate security based on the type and sensitivity of data being stored. As with any internet-enabled system, there is always a risk of unauthorized access, so it’s important to protect your password and to contact us if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. While using the Health Me Classroom Platform using secure socket layer technology ("SSL"). However, no security system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that the information we collect from you will be free from unauthorized access by third parties.
Your password is an important part of our security system, and it is your responsibility to protect it. You should not share your password with any third party, and if you believe your password or account has been compromised, you should change it immediately and contact our support team (support@oonraksa.com) with any concerns.
6. Your Rights and Controls
We give you meaningful choices when it comes to important uses and collection of your information. To easily access, view, update, correct, delete or port your personal data, or to update your subscription preferences, please sign into your account and visit "Manage profile".
If you make a request to delete your personal data and that data is necessary for the products or services you have purchased, the request will be honored only to the extent it is no longer necessary for any of the Health Me Classroom Platform purchased or required for our legitimate business purposes or legal or contractual record keeping requirements.
Cookies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of the GETS Platform.
Push Notifications. We may send push notifications or "alerts" to your device to provide information regarding the GETS Platform, service updates, promotional communications and other related messages. You can deactivate push notifications by changing your notification settings via your device.
Promotional Communications. You may opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us by following the instructions in those messages. If you opt out, we may still send you administrative, transactional, or relationship messages, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations including but not limited to administrative confirmations, order confirmations, important updates regarding the Health Me Classroom Platform and notices regarding this Privacy Policy and our GETS Terms
7. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
8. Updates and Contact Info
This Privacy Policy may change over time, so please review it frequently. If we make any material change to it, we will notify you via email, through a notification posted on the Services, or as required by applicable law
The effective date at the top indicates the last time this Privacy Policy was modified. If we are required by applicable data protection laws to give you enhanced notice or seek your consent for any such changes, we will do so. You can see when this policy was last updated by checking the "last updated" date displayed at the top of this policy
